How we are different

The legal market is changing and clients expect more.

The majority of companies in the tech space require flexible services which do not fit well with the traditional law firm model or the employment of a permanent resource. Chronos provides an in-house General Counsel service, allowing our clients to have a senior associate/partner level lawyer on hand for advice and drafting, to be used as much or as little as you wish.

A Unique Model

A decade of experience advising UK SMEs.

Chronos was established to serve the booming financial and regulatory tech sector in London. Its particular focus is on young to medium maturity technology companies in high growth mode. Unlike most firms, we get to know your business and will work alongside you as you grow. Our clients don’t view us as their lawyer, they view us as a trusted member of their leadership team.
