CHRONOS LAW
Chronos was established to serve the booming financial and regulatory tech sector in London. Its particular focus is on young to medium maturity technology companies in high growth mode. Unlike most firms, we get to know your business and will work alongside you as you grow. Our clients don’t view us as their lawyer, they view us as a trusted member of their leadership team.
Traditional law firms require their staff to run multiple matters simultaneously leading to slower turnaround of comments and advice. Uniquely in the market, Chronos are willing to offer guaranteed turnaround times so you are never waiting for advice.
30% of law firm costs relate to IT, support staff and fixed property charges. Chronos is a virtual firm which means we don’t charge for overheads. Our hourly rate is only 25-30% of City firms.
City law firms use unqualified trainees, paralegals and juniors to work on your matters. With Chronos, you will always be dealing with a small team of senior, named lawyers, dedicated to your business.
All of our lawyers have managed big teams, set up departments and run their own businesses. We know what it is like to be a founder and we understand the pressures and demands of managing a business.
Most of our competitors have never worked in-house and do not understand the unique pressures of a growing business. We will take the time to understand your product suite and your strategy and will tailor our advice accordingly.

This allows us to serve clients throughout the UK and Europe without visas or employment issues. On hand and available, whenever and wherever you need us.
Unlike most firms, we get to know your business and will work alongside you as you grow. Our clients don’t view us as their lawyer, they view us as a trusted member of their leadership team.
